Online therapy can be an effective and convenient way to access mental health services.  But that doesn’t mean that it is right for everyone.  Whether or not online therapy may be appropriate for you depends on your condition, your problem and the severity of your situation and/or symptoms.

Face-To-Face @ Consultation Room

The Advantages of Face-to-Face Counselling at a trained Counsillor /Therapist observe your non-verbal communication (for example, the expressions on your face, the way you are sitting) to get a deeper understanding of what you are saying.  It enables you to develop your communication skills.


This will be a consultation at our Consultation Room.

Face-to-Face @ Your Home

Consultation

This will be a consultation at the place of your choosing, keep in mind additional fees for the Therapist to get there.
